JAY-Z to headline the 2027 Apple Music Super Bowl LXI Halftime Show, MacRumors reports
Apple and the NFL have named JAY-Z as the headliner of the 2027 Apple Music Super Bowl LXI Halftime Show, according to a report from MacRumors on the joint announcement.
The game is scheduled for Sunday, February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in the Los Angeles area, which means the show will fall on Valentine's Day. The announcement video was posted on Apple Music's YouTube channel, MacRumors says, and the performance carries Apple Music branding as part of the league's halftime partnership with Apple.
The news follows a round of coverage earlier this month. Several outlets, including Hypebeast and TheGrio, reported around October 20 that the rapper was in line to take the stage in Los Angeles.
