Apple launches Home Collection with LG and Schneider Electric: cameras, doorbell, lock and thermostats from December
Apple has introduced Apple Home Collection, a new lineup of smart home accessories developed with LG Electronics and Schneider Electric. According to Apple's newsroom announcement, the range covers indoor and outdoor cameras, thermostats, temperature sensors, a video doorbell and a door lock.
Apple lists nine products with U.S. starting prices. From LG, the LG Video Doorbell Wired costs $249.95, the LG Floodlight Cam $399.95, the LG Outdoor Cam Plug-In $299.95, and the LG Indoor Cam Plug-In $199.95. The LG Smart Deadbolt Lock is $349.95, the LG Smart Thermostat $199.95 and the LG Temperature Sensor $39.95. Schneider contributes the Schneider Home Smart Thermostat at $199.95 and the Schneider Home Room Sensor at $39.95.
